Ticket Policy
Effective as of December 2021 (Revised 2026)
By purchasing or using a ticket to Vesna Festival, the ticket holder (“Holder”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Admission Terms
All attendees must possess a valid ticket for entry, except children aged 11 and under, volunteers, and approved entertainers.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify all order details at checkout. Errors may not be correctable after purchase.
Tickets are a revocable license and remain the property of Vesna Festival Incorporated.
Admission may be refused, or a ticket holder removed, at any time for violation of policies, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior.
Tickets are valid only if purchased directly through:

Vesna Festival Incorporated
An authorized Vesna Festival Board Member
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be honoured.
Please treat your ticket as you would cash. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
2. Ticket Limits
To ensure fair access:
Vesna Festival may limit the number of tickets purchased per person.
Table purchases are considered multiple tickets (e.g., a Table of Eight equals eight tickets).
Tickets purchased in excess of stated limits may be cancelled without notice.
3. Ticket Delivery & Access
Tickets are delivered electronically via email (PDF with QR code) or held at will-call.
Purchasers will receive:
An order confirmation email
A ticket delivery email containing QR codes
Tickets may be presented:
On a mobile device
Via an approved ticketing app
Printed at home
For will-call pickup, the purchaser must present:
Order confirmation
Government-issued photo ID
The credit card used for purchase
The purchaser may authorize another individual to pick up tickets in advance.
4. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Ticket Policy – Cancellation or Postponement.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be refunded or replaced.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to:

Subject line must read:
“Vesna Festival Refund – [Your Name]”
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
Refund requests must be submitted by the stated deadline for the applicable event.
5. Void & Prohibited Tickets
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or above face value unless authorized by Vesna Festival.
Tickets suspected of resale or misuse may be cancelled without refund.
Altered, duplicated, or defaced tickets will be void.
Vesna Festival is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or third parties.
Fraudulent ticket purchases should be reported to your credit card provider.
Tickets may not be used for:
Advertising
Promotions
Contests
Commercial purposes without written consent from Vesna Festival Incorporated.
6. Cancellation or Postponement
If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled:
Ticket holders may be offered:
A rollover to a future event, or
A refund in accordance with the Ticket Policy – Cancellation or Postponement
Booking, processing, or service fees are non-refundable.
Vesna Festival is not responsible for costs related to travel, accommodations, or other expenses incurred.
7. Ticket Pricing & Fees
Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Additional fees (processing, service, or transaction fees) may apply.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Policy Amendments
Vesna Festival Incorporated reserves the right to amend or update this Ticket Policy at any time, including after tickets have been purchased.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable Saskatchewan or Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Event Policy
Effective as of December 2021 (Revised 2026)
In these Terms and Conditions, “Organizer,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Vesna Festival Incorporated.
“Event” refers to any event, exhibition, or function organized or hosted by Vesna Festival Incorporated.
By purchasing or using a ticket, or by attending the Event, all attendees agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Admission & Compliance
Admission to the Event is subject to compliance with:
All applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations
Venue rules and policies (including TCU Place, where applicable)
Safety and security requirements established by Vesna Festival Incorporated
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these policies.
2. Animals
Animals are not permitted at the Event, with the exception of registered service animals as defined under applicable accessibility legislation.
3. Health & Safety (Including Communicable Illness)
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who:
Appears to be ill or exhibiting symptoms of a communicable disease
Refuses to comply with public health requirements in effect at the time of the Event
Engages in behavior that may endanger themselves or others
Fails to follow reasonable instructions from Event or venue staff
These measures are in place to protect the safety of all guests, staff, and performers.
4. Security & Searches
For safety purposes:
Attendees may be subject to reasonable searches of their person or belongings
Prohibited items may be confiscated without compensation
Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or removal
The Organizer and venue reserve the right to implement any security measures deemed necessary.
5. Alcohol & Legal Drinking Age
In accordance with Saskatchewan law:
Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by persons 19 years of age or older
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required
Intoxicated persons may be refused service or removed from the Event
6. Event Changes & Scheduling
The Organizer reserves the right to:
Modify the Event program, schedule, performers, or format
Delay or adjust Event timing
Make changes required due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds unless otherwise stated in the Ticket Policy.
Attendees are responsible for checking event details prior to arrival, including travel arrangements and parking availability.
7. Photography & Recording
By attending the Event, attendees acknowledge and consent to being:
Photographed
Filmed
Audio recorded
These recordings may be used by Vesna Festival Incorporated and its partners for promotional, marketing, archival, or security purposes without compensation.
8. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is at the attendee’s own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property
The Organizer and venue are not liable for injuries or damages unless caused by their proven negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded
Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable Saskatchewan or Canadian law.
9. Policy Amendments
Vesna Festival Incorporated reserves the right to amend or update these Event Policies at any time, including after tickets have been purchased. Any updates will take effect once published on official channels.

Ticket Policy in the Event of Cancellation or Postponement
Effective as of December 2021 (Revised 2026)
In the event that Vesna Festival is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Vesna Festival Incorporated, including but not limited to government restrictions, public health orders, or other unforeseen events, the following policy shall apply.
Notice of cancellation or postponement will be communicated via the Festival’s official website and social media platforms. Ticket holders will be contacted within fourteen (14) days of public notice.

General Admission
Table of Eight
Meal Tickets
Sponsor Tables
Any other ticketed events or ticket types sold directly by Vesna Festival Incorporated
This policy does not apply to tickets obtained through contests, giveaways, or promotional events.
Ticket Holder Options
1. Donation
Ticket holders may choose to donate the value of their ticket(s) to Vesna Festival Incorporated.
Eligible for a charitable tax receipt
Donations are non-refundable
Donations support continued festival operations
2. Ticket Rollover
Ticket holders may roll their ticket(s) forward to the next scheduled Vesna Festival.
Tickets may only be rolled over once
Replacement tickets will be issued once sales open
Tickets not used after the rollover period will be forfeited
3. Refund
Ticket holders who previously rolled over their tickets may request a full refund.
Refunds apply to:
General Admission
Table of Eight
Meal Tickets
Sponsor Tables
Any other eligible ticket types sold directly by Vesna Festival Incorporated
Conditions:
Refunds are available only to the original purchaser
Entire orders must be refunded together
Tickets must have been rolled over at least once
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment where possible
Additional Conditions
Tickets received through contests, promotions, or giveaways are not eligible for refunds or donations
Donated tickets are non-refundable
Only tickets purchased directly through Vesna Festival or an authorized representative qualify
All requests must be submitted by the original purchaser
Policy Amendments
Vesna Festival Incorporated reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, including after tickets have been purchased. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Nothing in this policy limits or overrides rights provided under applicable Saskatchewan or Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Your tickets are being purchased from Vesna Festival Incorporated (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
